This is a awesome side dish or appetizer! It gives you that "wing" fix without the meat. It is very simple to make and it will leave your meat eating friends in a daze! Make this once and it will be a staple in your home. Trust me on that one!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour rice flour or all purpose flour ( I used all purpose flour)
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 tbsp granulated garlic
- 1 cup Yeri Yeri Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce I love this brand but you can subsitute with your favorite brand of teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup soy milk can substitute with almond milk
Servings: people
Instructions
- Chop up cauliflower into florets and set aside. In a large zip lock bag add flour, granulated garlic, and soy milk. Then add cauliflower and shake until completely coated. Bake on a greased baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until slightly golden brown. Remove from oven and cover with Teriyaki sauce. Place back in oven for another 5 minutes. Remove and enjoy. You can also substitute the Teriyaki sauce with buffalo wing sauce that one is amazing as well. Add more sauce to your desire. Serve as appetizer with your favorite dipping sauce or as a side dish over a bed of rice.
