Chop up cauliflower into florets and set aside. In a large zip lock bag add flour, granulated garlic, and soy milk. Then add cauliflower and shake until completely coated. Bake on a greased baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until slightly golden brown. Remove from oven and cover with Teriyaki sauce. Place back in oven for another 5 minutes. Remove and enjoy. You can also substitute the Teriyaki sauce with buffalo wing sauce that one is amazing as well. Add more sauce to your desire. Serve as appetizer with your favorite dipping sauce or as a side dish over a bed of rice.
