Ingredients
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon squeezed
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tsp pink salt
- 1/2 cup sliced green olives with pemento

Instructions
- Start off by washing and cutting the Kale up in very thin slices. Add olive oil, lemon juice and salt and massage with hands until Kale softens. Then toss in the cranberries and olives. Sit in fridge for 15 to 30 minutes until everything marinates. Enjoy!
