GINGER KALE STIR FRY
Sautee onions, salt, sliced ginger and garlic until translucent. Then add Kale and carrots. Stir fry for a couple minutes. Then add tahini sauce and serve. Can be served over noodles or rice. For sauce add Tahini, chopped ginger, lemon juice and pepper flakes.
