This mouth watering pasta dish will have you coming back for more. This dish uses very simple ingredients but create a blend that is really tasty. I made this after work on the go and I just pulled ingredients I had on hand and it came together so wonderfully. A must try.

Instructions
  1. Cook noodles as directed and set aside.Heat olive oil in pan. Sauté salsa & minced garlic for few minutes. Then add mushrooms and sauté for another few minutes. Add seasoning salt/veggie seasoning and vegetable broth. Let simmer for about 5-7 minutes until it creates a saucy substance. Add more vegetable broth if it dries out too quickly. Lastly add spinach for the last two minutes. Serve over noodles.
