This week I am on a kale kick because it is so awesome for our health. It is amazing just how much grace is seen in the natural foods of the earth. Kale is an immune booster and according to nutrionfacts.org the benefits actual increase when we cook it for 30 minutes. So guess what? You don’t have to worry about cooking your Kale or eating it raw, either way your immune system will get the boost it needs. The average American gets about a cup of kale a year!
