When it comes to food, your home should be a stress-free environment a sanctuary of sorts where you can pretty much eat whatever you want. This can only be possible when you’ve stocked your cabinet and fridge with healthy options and refuse to allow junk food into your home. This has been a difficult process for my family but we have made this our goal for 2019. You should not have to rely solely on willpower and a battle zone. Don’t get me wrong, the struggle is real. But it should go down at the supermarket, a dinner party or a restaurant not your home! Let your home be your sanctuary! This will change your life.
